Meet our head Boss Babe, Ashley!

Ashley Johnson is a self-admitted HR professional and admin guru, and every experienced business owner and entrepreneur knows what a critical asset a person like that is. She loves all things business and is a proud mom, Veteran, and CEO of JAMM Resources LLC.


Ashley is a certified John Maxwell Coach and she uses that certification to help female veterans gain confidence in pursuing entrepreneurship. Ashley holds an MBA in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.

After having her second child Ashley left her military career to pursue her dream in assisting female entrepreneurs & CEOs level up the back ends of their businesses. By providing exceptional virtual admin support, Ashley founded JAMM Resources LLC in 2017 and makes it her mission to help clients grow, in a way that actually feels good and is stress-free. 

Ashley served 11 years in the Military as an HR Sergeant and Unit Admin and while in those roles she learned that every vision needs a plan and that every visionary needs a well-equipped assistant. She loves to support leaders and visionaries in achieving their goals, and when they win, she wins.


When Ashley isn't helping leaders realize their dreams, she's in mommy mode with her two kiddos, Maddie and Maddox, and loves to binge-watch Netflix Series, listen to a good book on audible, and volunteer in her local community.
