Communication is key!

We know that clear communication is necessary for any working relationship! With everything moving into the online space, it's more important now more than ever! I want to share with you 3 ways that I communicate with my clients on a regular basis!


1.) WhatsApp - this is a free, multiplatform messaging app that lets you make video and voice calls, send text messages, and moe. All you need is a Wi-Fi connection! This app alone has done wonders for both me and my client. I mostly send voice messages to make sure my communication is clear and concise. My clients appreciate this and they also appreciate not having to go back & forth emailing all day. Especially if it's just a quick update.









2.) Microsoft Teams - With Teams I can chat, meet, call, and collaborate all in one place. I love the Video Conferencing and Instant Messaging features. It also allows you to create shared workspaces. This is great also if you're assisting with managing a team!



3.) Email - Now me and email have a love hate relationship. I love that it allows you to have a "paper trail" especially if you have clients that tend to forget what tasks they delegate (it happens)! The hate part comes in when you're waiting for the person on the other in to actually check their email and reply back to you. For a quick update I think a simple voice message will do!


There are obviously many different ways to communicate with your clients. It's very important to set the tone on which way works better for each of you up front. Whatever that looks like for you go with it. Just remember each client is different! Hope that helps!
